Ready to wear
Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day. Once your order has been confirmed, your item will be ready for dispatch within 2-3 business days.
Personalized wear
Personalized wear is upon request and tailor-made for each order. Once you submit your customized order, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 business days, and we allow 2 – 5 weeks for each customized order.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may contact Aramex’s main office at your destination shall you have any questions regarding shipping or tracking inquiries.
All orders are shipped via our affiliate courier Aramex.
We process and send orders during our main office hours (Sunday – Thursday) from 9 am to 5 pm, except for Bahrain Public holidays.
Cancellation or modification of the requested size may be possible depending on the current status of your order. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed, we may be able to process the cancellation within 24 hours.

Please be aware that once your order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.
Ready to wear
In the case of an exchange or refund for your ready-to-wear items, you may request a refund or size exchange by filling out the Return request form within 30 days of receiving your order, a representative will get back to you with return instructions via text or email.
Personalized wear
All personalized orders are customized upon request and are not eligible for exchange or refund. In case of a manufacturing fault or fault in requested sizes, you may email us your request at customercare@aksthelabel.com, and our representative will guide you through the process.
Not happy with the fit of your personalized order?
We provide alteration and size adjustment services for a period of 30 days from the date of order receipt. The associated cost will be determined based on an evaluation conducted by our dedicated customer care representative.
